Your next steps to studying abroad

Five stages sit between where you are now and your first day on campus. We walk you through each one, and tell you plainly when a stage is not ready to move forward.

  • Choose your programme

Start from what you actually studied and what you can afford, not from a brochure.

  • Find your university

A shortlist split into safe, likely and ambitious, so you always have a fallback.

  • Prepare tests and applications

IELTS planning, SOP drafts and reference letters, with deadlines mapped backwards.

  • Secure funding

Scholarships you qualify for, plus bank statements prepared the way embassies expect.

  • Visa and beyond

Mock interviews, then accommodation and arrival support once the stamp is in.

Success stories

Students who were told no somewhere else

Study gaps, refused visas, tight budgets. Here is how those files turned into offer letters.

I had a two year study gap and three agencies told me to forget the UK. Riz found a university that accepted the gap with an explanation letter. I started at Leeds in September.

Tasnim Rahman

MSc Business Analytics, Leeds

They told me on the first call that my bank statement was too new and gave me a date to come back. No other agency would turn away a paying client like that.

Sakib Hossain

MSc Data Science, Alberta

My SOP came back with half of it rewritten and honest notes on why. The Munich admission came through six weeks later, and I still had not paid tuition anywhere.

Nusrat Jahan

Questions

The things students ask us first

Straight answers, including the ones that are not in our favour.

Still have something specific?

Ask a counsellor directly. No form-filling before you get an answer.

Talk to a counsellor

Yes, and there is no obligation after it. You bring your transcripts and your budget, we tell you where you stand. If we cannot help this intake, we will say so on that call rather than sign you up and stall.

Neither is disqualifying on its own. Gaps need a documented explanation, and low grades are often offset by work experience, a strong SOP or a foundation route. What we will not do is send an application we know is going to fail.

It depends on the country and how much of the process you hand over. You get the full breakdown in writing before you commit to anything, including tuition, deposits, visa fees and insurance, so nothing appears later.

No. The visa checker, the SOP review and the course finder are free and do not require you to book a counselling session first. Run them, read the results, and come to us only if you want to.

It weighs your profile against the published requirements and the patterns we see in real applications, so it is a strong indicator rather than a guarantee. No tool can predict an embassy decision, and anyone who claims otherwise is selling something.

Often yes. A refusal is not a permanent bar, but the second application has to address the exact ground for refusal. We start by reading the refusal letter properly, which is the step most reapplications skip.

Usually four to eight weeks for applications and offers, then six to twelve weeks for the visa. Working backwards, that means starting roughly six months before your intended intake.

Yes. Accommodation, airport pickup, opening a bank account and getting a local SIM are all arranged before you fly, so your first week is not spent solving logistics.

Next intakes are open

Stop guessing where you stand

One call, your real transcripts, and an honest answer about which of these departures you can actually make. No fee, and no obligation afterwards.
